Open Mic Night

Every comedian started their career at open mic night. St. Louis is home to several top touring comedians as well as aspiring comics. Open mic night is a a weekly pro-am line up filled with 12 to 20 local acts that all add up to be both surprisingly funny.

Joe List Has appeared on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, and was a Semi-Finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. He was also featured at the prestigious “Just for Laughs” Comedy Festival in Montreal as well as the prestigious HBO Las Vegas Comedy Festival. When not touring List resides in New York City where he can be seen performing at the city’s top clubs nightly.

Mark Sweeney

He’s performed on HBO, Comedy Central, “Night Shift” with Kevin Ferguson and a regular on the Bob And Tom Show. He’s hilariously out of control. Growing up in a large family, Sweeney realized early on that his humor got him a lot of attention. A jack of all trades, this sarcastic and silly comedian has served as a bus boy, construction worker, real estate agent, copier repairman and even in the Marines.

Brendan Eyre

Brendan Eyre is one of New York’s hottest up and coming young comedians. His laid back, observational style has made him a favorite at clubs all over the country. Ben Gleib was just named by TBS one of the “Funniest Comedians Working Today.” His hilarious standup special, “Ben Gleib: Neurotic Gangster,” is currently airing on Showtime. He is Host, Head Writer and Executive Producer of “Idiotest,” the Emmy nominated comedy game show, in its 4th season on GSN. Gleib is also a regular on “The Today Show” with Kathie Lee and Hoda. Michael Kosta

Michael Kosta is a stand-up comedian who most recently made his debut as a correspondent on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah. Kosta is no stranger to the world of talk shows. He was host and co-executive producer of The Comment Section for The Kardashian Network (formerly E!) and co-host on Fox Sports 1’s, Crowd Goes Wild.
